We are looking forward to welcome you in our, studio where we offer PILATES sessions. During the private and semi-private sessions we lead the guests through their workout using the latest STOTT PILATES® equipment. Our instructors are trained through internationally recognized STOTT PILATES® certification programs, one of the most rigorous Pilates certifications around, where movement is grounded in the modern knowledge of anatomy and how the body works, to make sure all workouts are effective and safe. We expect you in Wischenschafftspark Trier - Petrisberg in quiet surroundings, with free parking place and flexible timetable. Our lessons are available in English and German.
